Prior to your consultation, our team will review your pet’s medical record including all medical history, lab work, and radiographic imagines (if applicable). Filling out the history form prior to your consultation will allow our team to be prepared.

At your consultation, we will review your pet’s medical history with you and the veterinarian will perform a physical exam. We will discuss your pet’s treatment options and address any questions or concerns you may have at that time.

An estimate or multiple estimates will be provided for the proposed treatment plan(s) and reviewed with you. A deposit of $500 is required prior to scheduling any surgical procedures and may be made at time of consultation if desired.

If your pet is anxious in the car or veterinary hospital, and typically requires medications prior to these events, please administer these medications as directed by your primary care veterinarian.

When you arrive, please come in. For your pet’s safety, make sure they are in a secure carrier or are wearing a well-fitted collar/harness and leash.

If you have any questions or concerns prior to your consultation, please contact us via phone at 980-222-4260 or email at info@crownvetdentistry.com. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.

We look forward to meeting you and your pet!
